• What kind of projects have I worked on?

  My final-year dissertation focused on real-time detection and reporting of driving offences using YOLO-based object detection. This project applied advanced machine learning and computer vision techniques to identify traffic violations from video and image data, demonstrating my ability to design and implement intelligent, data-driven systems.
  
  I also developed a public-facing Take-Home Tax Calculator web application, designed to accurately calculate net income based on UK tax bands, National Insurance contributions, and salary inputs.   I bring a technical skillset across SQL, Excel, Jira, AWS, Confluence, and ServiceNow, applying these tools to manage and analyse large datasets, develop financial models and forecasting templates, and automate operational workflows.
  
  I regularly use Jira to support agile delivery, AWS to design and support cloud-based services, and Confluence and ServiceNow to maintain clear, scalable documentation and IT service management processes. This enables me to improve operational efficiency, data accuracy, and cross-team collaboration.
